At Pretoria Care for the Aged we pursue the following goals within the context of social development and the advancement of the quality of life of older and other vulnerable persons being served by us:

Vision

The vision of the organisation is to be an independent champion for the social development of older and other vulnerable persons within the operating area of the organisation, improving their quality of life by rendering holistic community based care, support programs for older and other vulnerable persons in Pretoria to live fulfilling and self supporting lives.

Mission

The mission of Pretoria Care of the Aged is therefore to advance and protect the interests and well-being of older and other vulnerable persons living in the community of Pretoria so that they may have adequate food, shelter, care and support and are able to be free of exploitation abuse and neglect, living with dignity and self-respect

Mandate

The mandate of Pretoria Care of the Aged is to focus on the providing of community based social work services to indigent older persons living outside homes for the aged in the community of Pretoria.
